2014 Newsletter – Las Mareas

Friday, February 28th, 2014

Well, it’s been a while. The lack of updates from Las Mareas over the past few months isn’t due to lack of activity – we’ve just been saving all the juicy news for 2014. Two months into the new year (Happy Belated New Years, by the way), and Las Mareas and Pangas Beach Club are both busier than ever. It’s the second high season for Pangas and the first high season for Las Mareas’ vacation rentals. With the restaurant packed nightly and the villas full of happy tenants, things are moving down here in Tamarindo and the future couldn’t look brighter. After a slight lull in low season, we’re back and here are the latest updates from the Las Mareas group. We hope you are able to escape the “Arctic Vortex” cold and come visit us in sunny Tamarindo soon – Enjoy!

Vacation Rentals

Rentals: Vacation rentals are quickly becoming the energy center of Las Mareas and its growing in-house property management company. We have over five inquiries coming in daily and as the villas fill up, we’re realizing that Las Mareas vacation rentals could be a better investment than we initially thought. Our buyers will see their purchase as a true, long-term investment due to the unnaturally high occupancy of rentals Las Mareas is generating.

Our secret weapon is Pangas. There are countless groups booking the beach club as a venue for weddings, events and large parties and we’ve found that most of them are looking for a place to stay while in Tamarindo.

We’re here to fill that gap. By offering exclusive vacation rentals connected to Pangas, we’re able to book large groups that often book all six villas at once to accommodate wedding parties, large families, etc.  Right now, we have at least five groups renting between four and six villas in conjunction with hosting their events at Pangas coming up in 2014.
Bruce is excited for the future because with Pangas as our unique amenity, we’re setting ourselves apart from the market. We’ve realized we have no competition when it comes to booking event parties connected to a beach club with a structure like we’ve set up at Las Mareas and Pangas. Very exciting stuff!

In addition to event groups, we’re booking tons of regular vacation rentals every day and the calendar is filling up for 2014. Since we began renting last July, we’ve had clients from across the globe – Canada, the United States, Germany, Russia, Italy, Costa Rica, Colombia and more. We’re happy to say we’ve established great relationships with our rental clients and more than one of them have come back as repeat customers. We’ve even generated some sales interest from our most loyal rental clients and many customers ask to hear our sales presentation during their stay. The feedback has been nothing but positive and we pride ourselves on offering the best in customer service for our rental clients from the moment they send an inquiry email, to after they’ve returned home from their trip.

But you don’t have to take my word for it – check out what people have been saying about Las Mareas vacation rentals on VRBO here: http://www.homeaway.com/vacation-rental/p3519710

Sales:

The sales buzz around Las Mareas continues to grow in 2014 with walk-in clients, realtor showings and other prospective buyers stopping by the project every day. One of the reasons we’ve waited a bit to release the 2014 newsletter is so we could confirm the latest news – the sale of Villa #4. In January, Bruce negotiated a deal with our first post-construction buyer and the sale recently closed during the first week of February. Congratulations to everyone who helped make it happen!

We expect this key first sale in the post-construction phase to pave the way. With one villa sold after construction, we will create a new sense of urgency in the local market and remind interested buyers about all the benefits of owning a Las Mareas Villa. With the newfound excitement surrounding the project and the market on the move, we anticipate this first sale will lead to the sale of the remaining four villas in the near future.

Staff:

Sadly, Las Mareas will be saying goodbye to one of its own in March. After 1.5 years Suzanna, who handles the project’s marketing, communication and most of the vacation rental leads, announced she would be leaving the project in order to pursue a career more aligned with her background in travel writing. Suzanna just got a job updating a Costa Rica guidebook – although she’ll be out on the road for the next two months, Suzanna will still be helping out with Las Mareas work remotely as needed. Of course, we will miss Suzanna greatly (even if she is the one writing this!), but we’re confident that Jen Dizgun, who is now training to take over Suzanna’s position, will do a fantastic job with all the marketing and communications responsibilities for Las Mareas. Jen, a Quebec native, is fluent in English, French and Spanish, having lived and worked in Spain and Argentina for the past 15 years. Jen comes to us with a wealth of computer and marketing background, as well as years of experience managing rental properties with her husband in Buenos Aires. Jen has been working every day in February to prepare and we’re excited about everything she will bring to the table when she takes over in March.

Our First Traveler Review

Thursday, July 18th, 2013

We recently welcomed our first rental clients, the Lynch family from Saratoga Springs, NY, to Las Mareas. They were great sports about being the very first group to try out the brand new villas and they recently wrote a review that shows just how much they enjoyed their vacation and stay at Las Mareas. We’re so glad we could make their trip special and be a part of some memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you again to the Lynch family! We hope you’ll come back soon. Below is the travel review they provided for Las Mareas:

The Lynch family up at Villas Las Mareas for sunset

“Our family of five has had the fortunate opportunity to stay at several vacation rental properties over the years and we would have to say, our stay at Las Mareas on Tamarindo Beach was one of the best and certainly most memorable.  From the initial open dialog with Suzanna to the warm welcome greeting after a long 4 hour drive from La Fortuna by both Suzanna and Bruce, we knew we were in for a special treat.

The condo provided numerous upgraded amenities in a ‘surf-chic’ décor that included an artistic use of hardwoods, tile and more.  A special touch was the floor to ceiling ‘open air’ folding doors off of both the living area and the master bedroom.  This feature enhanced the open living concept and sunset beach views of the estuary and Pacific Ocean.

We awoke each morning to the distant chatter of monkeys and beautiful sounds of exotic birds.  The beach, shopping, restaurants and grocery store were just minutes away.  A favorite part of our day was sitting by the pool watching the sun disappear from the sky.

Joe Lynch and sons gong for a surf in the Tamarindo Estuary

One perk that was especially nice was the exclusive use of Pangas Beach Club.  Elizabeth and her staff were phenomenal – treating us like welcome family each time we entered.  We really appreciated the 4th of July fireworks, barbecue and imported Budweiser to help us celebrate the US Holiday!!  The ability to drop our towels and flip flops at Panga’s while we strolled the beach was a really comforting touch.

Bruce and Suzanna connected us with Wim and Geovanny for three days of surf and stand-up paddleboard lessons. This tip of reputable instructors really helped us avoid the multitude of surf vendors up and down the beachinteractive sports games!

The TLC we received during our stay by everyone we came in contact with at Las Mareas made for wonderful memories.

Walking a tightrope at Pangas!

I expect we’ll be back – I know our kids (23, 19 and 16) are already planning it!!”

Villa Furniture by Kenneth Cobonpue

Tuesday, June 18th, 2013

As we add the final details to the Las Mareas Villas, I felt it important to put the spotlight on Filipino furniture designer Kenneth Cobonpue, who supplied a significant portion of the furniture for our six villas.

The approach Cobonpue takes to furniture design echoes the philosophy of Las Mareas and our architect’s theory that the villa design should integrate locally sourced materials with fine craftsmanship to exist in harmony alongside the natural environment.

Furniture from the Suzy Wong collection

Becasuse Cobonpue’s philosophy complements Las Mareas so well, his work was a natural choice when it came time to select the furniture for our villas. In addition, Cobonpue hails from the Philippines, so his work features an innate tropical flavor fitting seamlessly with the villa’s Pacific Rim theme – Note: All the remaining furniture in the villa is directly imported from Bali, Indonesia.

If you visit Cobonpue’s website, you can view his many collections including the “Suzy Wong” collection, which is the specific line used in the Las Mareas Villas. The “Suzy Wong” furniture collection focuses on intricate Southeast Asian woven rattan and simple, yet elegant, statement pieces inflatable tent.

Cobonpue’s website describes the “Suzy Wong” collection: “Reminiscent of oriental period styles, the Suzy Wong collection fuses traditional eastern sensibilities with modern design principles. Made from traditional materials such as lampakanai abaca, rattan and wood, Suzy Wong exudes sophistication using the traditional and the natural.”

Stylish with an emphasis on nature… A perfect fit for the villas at Las Mareas.

Kenneth Cobonpue is a multi-award winning furniture designer who speaks on Southeast Asian design across the world. He studied Industrial Design at the Pratt Institute in New York and boasts a list of celebrity clients such as Brad Pitt and members of the royal family. In 2007, TIME Magazine called him, “rattans first virtuoso.”

What’s new at Pangas Beach Club and Las Mareas de Tamarindo

Pangas Beach Club

Like last month, business at Pangas is consistently strong and steady. In the middle of high season, we’re seeing more and more patrons by the day as word of mouth starts to build in Tamarindo and its surrounding towns. Some general news:

  • Events remain strong and Pangas has several weddings & events on the books for March
  • Wednesday evenings now feature live jazz music starting at 7 p.m.

‘Have a Heart’ Charity Golf Tournament

  • On February 14, 2013, Pangas Beach Club was proud to cater the barbecue for the 13th annual‘Have a Heart’ Charity Golf Tournament. The annual Valentine’s Day event is the major fundraiser for the non-profit Amigos de la Educacion Foundation, which offers scholarships to underprivileged youth in Costa Rica and works to improve local schools.
  • Pangas was selected to cater the day’s luncheon at Hacienda Pinilla and the event was a huge success – Everyone was thrilled to be a part of such a good cause and we hope to join forces again next year.

Valentine’s Day

  • Valentine’s Day was jam-packed as the team worked to cater the‘Have a Heart’ Charity Golf Tournament luncheon during the day and host a special ‘aphrodisiac’ themed dinner back at the restaurant that night.
  • The special ‘Aphrodisiac’ menufeatured mouth-watering dishes such as lobster stuffed roasted red peppers served over arugula salad with an organic honey balsamic vinaigrette and sauteed snapperserved over a heart of palm risottowith an avocado leek sauce…. mmm!
  • The restaurant was completely full for dinner and guests also enjoyed a moonlit fire dancing show under the stars. Que romantica!

Sunday Funday!

  • In February, Pangas kicked off its new weekly Sunday Funday event.
  • Each Sunday, Pangas now offers an all-you-can-eat BBQ buffet featuring dishes such as smoked ribs with pineapple BBQ sauce and mixed seafood paella.
  • Sunday Funday also features kids’ activities, face painting, live music with Darin Talbot and fun for the whole family.
  • The first event was a huge success and we hope Sunday Funday becomes a regular fixture at Pangas.

Las Mareas Villas

March is already turning out to be a big month for the six villas on Lot 14 in El Tesoro. Within the past two weeks, the Bosch appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators), Samsung TV’s & electronics, Cuisinart kitchen furnishings and everything else you could imagine from Crate & Barrel have arrived to make the villas 100% turnkey. Each day, the villas look more and more like finished units and by the time April rolls around, you might not even recognize them!

Bi-Folding Doors

The La Cantina bi-folding doors arrived last month and are being installed as we speak. Villa #1already has its set (as shown in the image – left).

Kitchen Cabinetry

  • The kitchen cabinetry is going in and looking better than we could have imagined.
  • Our cabinetry was designed by Esteban Cordoba, the same designer who did the cabinets for the Four Seasons Hotel and you can tell, the quality of the wood and construction detail is top-notch.
  • Soon, we’ll install the ovens and Bosch appliances to complement the wood cabinets.

Other Upcoming Events

  • The quartzite granite kitchen counter topsare slated to be installed next week.
  • Also, the high-efficiency 17-seet Carrier air-conditioning units are being installed at this very moment.
  • The pool area is really coming along – So far, the team is hard at work on the common lounge and BBQ area, bathroom and infinity-edge pool. One of our favorite features is the concrete staircase leading down to the pool area – which also boasts beautiful ocean views!

Until Next Time…

  • In a bit of non-construction related news, Las Mareas is also one of the silver sponsors for this year’s 2013 Robert August Surf & Turf Contest to benefit CEPIA, a Costa Rican non-profit dedicated to youth education and empowerment in rural Guanacaste.
  • The annual contest includes a surf and golf tournament and takes place from March 15 – 18. Hope to see you all there!

With the daily progress on Lot 14 and the buzz around Tamarindo, it feels like everything is all coming together. We’re confident March will mark many big milestones for Las Mareas as we continue to show the villas and handle new inquiries daily. Very exciting! Stay tuned to our Facebook page, www.facebook.com/lasmareas, for more updates and new photos of the construction as we go along.

February Newsletter

Newsletter: February, 2013

What’s new at Pangas Beach Club and Las Mareas de Tamarindo.

Pangas Beach Club:

  • Wedding season has officially begun at Pangas! On Tuesday, January 29, the Beach Club hosted its first nuptials for Owen and Laura Lessarda. The couple brought 40 of their closest friends and family from Canada for an intimate ceremony on the beach, which was followed by a gorgeous candlelit dinner and reception with live music and dancing in Pangas’ outdoor seating area. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the feedback from the wedding party was nothing but positive.

Weddings & Events

  • Speaking of events, Pangas already has between 6 and 7 weddings and other events on the books for 2013. Not a bad start! With an average of 1-2 wedding/event inquiries coming in per-week, we anticipate 2013 to be a great year for events.

New Hours + Sunday Brunch

  • Pangas also recently changed its schedule to meet local demands and is now open 7-days a week.
  • Two weeks ago, Pangas started doing Sunday brunch, which is now a regular fixture. Each Sunday, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. we’ll be serving a special brunch menu, which includes a special “mini brunch buffet” featuring dishes such as mini omelette rolls with sauteed vegetable and cheese, Pangas rolls with smoked salmon and mango jalapeno cream cheese and fried goat cheese with mango chutney… yum!

Extended Fish Market & Happy Hour Specials

  • Pangas Fish Market is Tamarindo’s best kept secret… And we’re excited to introduce the expanded boutique market this month. The new and improved fish market will feature all the ingredients needed to bring home and follow our head chef’s recommended recipes using the area’s freshest seafood right in your own kitchen. Remember: Our fish makes it to the display case 2-3 days earlier than our competitors and the prices can’t be beat!

  • This month, Pangas will also start offering a happy hour with drink specials and a variety of bocas to snack on as you enjoy a refreshing cocktail on the beach at sunset. Live music and other entertainment will also correspond with happy hour at Pangas. Stay tuned to our Facebook page,www.facebook.com/pangastamarindo, for announcements about the day’s specials and all upcoming entertainment and event schedules!

Las Mareas Villas

  • We continue to watch the six villas on Lot 14 come to life each and every day. Currently, workers are plugging away building and installing the hardwood shelving units and other wood features for each villa right on-site.

Wood Accents, Doors & Travertine Tiles

  • The La-Cantina bi-folding doorshave arrived and will begin being installed this month.
  • Natural beige coralline stone travertine tiles are being laid in the bathrooms of villa #1 and villa #2 alongside plumbing fixtures and wood cabinetry.

Bosch Appliances & Vacation Rentals

  • The Bosch appliances, including stainless-steel refrigerators, washers and dryers, are on their way from the U.S. and should arrive at Las Mareas by the 15th.

  • Aside from the construction progress, we’ve noticed a jump in vacation rental inquiries coming in to our website (www.lasmareas.com) and other online rental hubs such as VRBO (Vacation Rental By Owner) and AirBnB.com. Nothing is official just yet, but we are in talks with several interested parties about the possibility of booking Las Mareas for upcoming vacation rentals inJuly and August of 2013.

Until Next Time…

There’s plenty more happening day-to-day on the ground here at Las Mareas, but we hope this quick monthly update helps to keep everyone in the loop.

As always, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@lasmareas.com with any further questions, feedback or inquiries. Thanks again for your continued support and we will keep you posted on all the great things taking place at Las Mareas de Tamarindo and Pangas Beach Club in the months ahead.

January Newsletter

Thursday, January 3rd, 2013

Happy 2013 & Feliz año!

We can already feel it – 2013 is going to be the best year to-date for Las Mareas. With Pangas Beach Club up and running (New Year’s Eve dinner was booked solid with reservation days before the 31st!) and villa construction progressing daily, we are confident that the new year will hold great things for everyone involved with Las Mareas.

It’s been a while since we’ve released a proper newsletter, but we’re ready to start 2013 off right with this full, detailed list of news, events and other happenings here in Tamarindo.

  • In December, high season hit us full-throttle and there’s been a steady stream of visitors coming to enjoy a slice of Tamarindo ever since. Although the New Year’s Eve crowds are on their way out, the season is far from over and we couldn’t be more excited to show Las Mareas and Pangas to everyone who visits over the next few months. The increased population in town brings several positive effects to Las Mareas – namely a boost in the number of walk-ins we’ve seen in the Sales Office as well as more frequent villa showings and tours.
  • Probably the biggest piece of news since last time: PANGAS BEACH CLUB IS OPEN! Coincidentally, the beach club opened on December 4, the same day as the year-end Las Mareas shareholder’s meeting. We were fortunate to host the two-day meeting upstairs in the dining room at Pangas and in a true testament to the skill of our operators, Elizabeth Cole (Manager) and Jean-Luc Taulere (Chef) provided excellent service and delicious food to the entire group while simultaneously managing the inevitable craziness that comes with opening a new restaurant. Bravo!
  • Since opening, Pangas has taken off. The beautiful beachfront location, friendly staff and well-priced menu are proving to be an unbeatable combination in Tamarindo. Word of mouth built a loyal following in our first month and we want to thank everyone who has been coming back to make Pangas a true success. With your support, we’ve seen Pangas transform into something more than just a restaurant – every day the place feels a little warmer and a little more like home. Surfers noticed the premiere beachfront location and we’re happy to say Pangas is providing fuel for kids going out for a surf lesson and re-vitalizing some of our shareholders when they get back from a paddleboard through the Estuary.
  • Christmas was another big hit at Pangas. The restaurant hosted its first “Christmas Day Buffet,” on the 25th with an all-you-can-eat buffet for $28 from 1 to 9 p.m. A bunch of people came to spend Christmas dinner on the beach and of course, a buffet meal is always a crowd favorite!
  • Along with Pangas, the beach club’s Facebook page is surging in popularity and has become the hub of information for day-to-day happenings, customer photos and menu updates. It’s also been an incredibly useful interactive tool for receiving feedback and communicating with our customers. Be sure to check it out at www.facebook.com/pangastamarindo. The Pangas website, www.pangasbeachclub.com, is still under construction and will be the next big project for 2013.
  • The villas at Las Mareas are also progressing and day by day we’re seeing our vision come to life on the hill. In mid-December, the Pella windows arrived and are being installed in the villas as we speak. Right now, villas #1 and #2 are equipped with windows and we’re laying the beautiful coffee-colored roofing tiles as well. The next step? The bi-folding door systems for the living room and master bedroom patios, made by the California-based La Cantina, are expected to arrive in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for photos of the process!
  • In addition to showing the villas to frequent walk-ins here in the office, we’ve also noticed a rise in local realtors coming with clients to tour Las Mareas, which is a great help and we thank them for their continued efforts and excitement about the project!
  • With the villas on schedule to be complete this spring, we’re beginning to advertise our VRBO listing for vacation rentals to begin booking for May, 2013. You can visit our page on VRBO here: http://www.vrbo.com/419708.
That’s just a brief overview to start the new year, but please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@lasmareas.com with any further questions, feedback or inquiries. Thanks again for your continued support and expect to hear more great things from Las Mareas & Pangas in 2013!
Who knows… Maybe this is the year you make your dream of living in paradise a reality… We’re currently offering special, pre-sale prices on our 3-bedroom/3.5-bathroom villas so contact us for more information today!
Cheers and Happy New Year! Wishing you all the best for 2013.

‘Tis the Season for Giving

Tuesday, November 27th, 2012

Help fight poverty in Costa Rica with a unique community-to-community fundraiser!

Las Mareas and Pangas Beach Club want to show their support for a great cause this holiday season by helping to collect donations for the 2012 holiday fundraiser event for the children of Laurel de Corredores, sponsored by the San Jose-based charity, the Musa Green Group.

We have gift cards – $5, $10 and $20 – for purchase at the El Tesoro Sales Office and Pangas Beach Club across the street. Each card is symbolic and your donation goes to the Musa Green Group for food, sponsored educational activities and a gift for each child in the Laurel de Corredores community at the upcoming holiday party.

$10 Gift Card

With so much poverty and hardship in the world today, we at Las Mareas feel it is important to give back to the country that supports us each and every day. It’s an incredible concept that we in the Tamarindo community can touch the lives of families living just a few hours away in the town of Laurel de Corredores, located in Puntarenas. With just a small cash donation or the symbolic purchase of a gift card, we can help ensure these families and their children have a merry Christmas this year. The community-to-community support is something that makes this fundraiser (and all of  Costa Rica) unique and we are proud to support the cause! Working together is how we continue to improve our community, our country and ourselves.

The deadline to donate is this Saturday, Dec. 1

So PLEASE, contact suzanna@lasmareas.com (8538-3687) or Andre Ochoa at andreita8a@hotmail.com (8748-6696). Gift cards can be purchased or donations made at the following locations:

  • Dolores Shop, Local 4A, Plaza Conchal
  • Kelly’s Surf Shop
  • Langosta Beach Club
  • El Tesoro Sales Office (Pangas Beach Club)

Thank you for your support!

November Newsletter

Friday, November 2nd, 2012

Greetings!

I want to start by introducing myself and thanking you all for your patience. First, my name is Suzanna Lourie and I recently joined the team at Las Mareas to help with all-things that fall under the domain of marketing and web communications. With a background in journalism and nonfiction writing, this newsletter is one of the responsibilities I am most excited about undertaking Inflatable Water Game.

Actually, getting ready to hit the “send” button took a bit longer than I anticipated, but as of today the wait is officially over. November is here and the entire team here at Las Mareas, myself included, are chomping at the bit to move into high gear with the upcoming opening of Pangas Beach Club and all the other exciting activities planned for the month ahead.

September and October proved that no amount of rain and no number of earthquakes could shake the momentum that’s been building here at Las Mareas de Tamarindo. This rainy season began a series of activities that continues to grow daily as construction on our villa residences advances and as we near the opening of our beach club on November 11th.  Although the past two months were anything but slow, November already feels different.

Maybe it’s the bright sun absorbing all the extra mud in the streets or the fact that the rainy season humidity is drying out for high season… whatever it is, the vibe in Tamarindo is changing and the energy at Las Mareas is contagious!

Without writing a full-length novel, let me bring you up to speed on the recent happenings here at Las Mareas:

Caña

  •  Construction on Lot 14 is coming along at a strong and steady pace. It’s the little things like the Caña wood ceiling detail and the tile beginning to cover the kitchen floors that are really tying the villas together and bringing the vision of Las Mareas to life. Everything is on track with our first villa scheduled to be complete this December and the last in February 2013. We’re not sure we would have the stomach for some of the heights our workers brave every day (see photo), but hey, at least the view isn’t too shabby!

Worker's view from Lot 14

  • Pangas Beach Club is less than two weeks away from opening. We still can’t believe it! The beach lot is almost unrecognizable – it’s really happening. Polished concrete floors set the stage for our Guanacaste wood communal table and the driftwood-style beach furniture is ready to take its place out front. We’ve hired Jean-Luc Taulere, a fantastic eighth-generation French chef who owns and operates two restaurants in Flamingo Beach. With Jean-Luc we have Elizabeth Cole on the management side and they are proving to be an unstoppable team. After more than five years of working together, these two know how to open a restaurant. They’ve been here at the beach club day in and day out overseeing the final details and screening applicants to hand select the best of the best to represent Pangas this coming season.

  • Las Mareas is now online! Our website, www.lasmareas.com, finally launched last week. I recently returned to Tamarindo from a trip to the States where I was able to undergo the web software training necessary to manage the site independently back in Costa Rica. Certain parts of the site are still not published and remain under construction, but if you have any questions, comments or suggestions about any of the content at www.lasmareas.com, please don’t hesitate to let me know at suzanna@lasmareas.com. The more feedback we get, the better we can be.

  • Social Media is going to be huge in the future of this project. As we work on building Pangas’ independent website, the Pangas Facebook page will be the spot to stay up to date with news, events and recent photos. Please help spread the word by checking out our pages and “liking” them if you haven’t already! Las Mareas: www.facebook.com/lasmareasPangas: www.facebook.com/pangastamarindo.

  • In the office, we were sad to see Raquel Arostegui work her last day in October. She was truly an instrumental force in getting this project off the ground and although we’ll miss her, we wish Raquel the best of luck with an exciting new career path in San Jose. Before she left, Raquel saved Las Mareas one last time by helping find Priscilla Solera, a talented new executive assistant who has taken to her new position in no time. Priscilla is doing great and with such a smooth transition it feels like she’s been here forever.

  • Interest in Las Mareas is inevitably growing as our web presence increases and activity builds on the ground here in Tamarindo. Right now, villas #1 and #5 are sold and we have several interested buyers waiting to see the finished product.

Overall, it’s been an awesome couple of months and we couldn’t be more excited about what the future holds for Las Mareas de Tamarindo. There’s so much to look forward to and we hope you’ll check back, ask questions and stay tuned for our next round of updates after the beach club opens this month. Better yet, it’s that time of year to start looking at flights so you can come experience the Las Mareas lifestyle for yourself… See you soon!

Cheers,

Suzanna
